Okwow VIP program — detailed overview
How does the VIP Program actually work?
Many online gaming platforms have VIP programs, but most are full of complex terms. The okwow VIP Program is designed to be simple and transparent. When you bet on okwow, a fixed amount of points is credited to your account for each bet. These points accumulate, and once you reach a certain threshold, you advance to the next tier. The entire process is automatic — no separate application needed. The Diamond tier is an exception, as it's invitation-only and reserved for the most regular and high-value members.
When and how do you get cashback?
Cashback is calculated once per week. A fixed percentage — based on your tier — is returned on the total amount you've bet throughout the week. This cashback is credited directly to your okwow wallet, and you can withdraw it immediately or use it in your next game. There's no rollover requirement for VIP member cashback — a major advantage at okwow. Typically, cashback arrives in your wallet every Monday morning.
Can your level go down?
Many people ask this. On okwow, VIP tier review happens once every three months. If your points fall below a minimum threshold during that period, your tier may be adjusted. However, okwow notifies you in advance via email and app notifications so you can take action if needed. For most active members, tier demotion doesn't occur.
Which games can Free Spins be used on?
Monthly Free Spins can be used on selected slots games on okwow. The list of eligible games is updated each month. You will be notified via email and app notification whenever Free Spins are credited. Free Spins are typically active for 7 days, so it is worth checking the app regularly. Winnings from Free Spins are credited as real money, but wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
How does a dedicated manager help?
From Gold tier onward, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager. This manager isn't just for support — they understand your gaming habits and provide personalized offers and advice. Whether it's a withdrawal issue, bonus question, or any account matter, your manager stays in direct contact with you. Platinum and higher members can reach their manager 24/7.
Which game types offer the most points?
The okwow points system applies to all game types, though point rates may vary slightly. Typically, slots offer the highest point rates. Live casino games also provide good points. Sports betting and crash games earn points too, but at slightly lower rates. Detailed point rate information is available in the VIP section of your account.
How good are the withdrawal benefits for VIP members?
VIP members enjoy significantly higher withdrawal limits than regular members. Even at Bronze level, the daily withdrawal limit exceeds that of standard users. Elite and Diamond members can withdraw without any set daily limit. Processing times are also much faster — 1 hour at Elite level and near-instant at Diamond. Fast withdrawals are available through both mobile banking and bank transfer.
Is the okwow VIP program really worth it?
Simply put — yes. If you play on okwow regularly, the VIP Program significantly enhances your overall experience. Cashback directly offsets some of your losses, Free Spins create extra opportunities, and faster withdrawals mean your winnings reach you sooner. The dedicated manager benefit is often underestimated, but having a familiar point of contact when something goes wrong is genuinely valuable. All things considered, the okwow VIP Program is a truly worthwhile offer for gamers in Bangladesh.
